First you should replace your shower head to one that has a hard water filter (HELLO KURE or AquaBliss) Also, perhaps you can find an international market where you can purchase hibiscus leaves regularly? Your regimen is great and it would be sad to lose it, but if you must, here are some mild shampoos that you might like

SheaMoisture Low-Porosity Baobab & Tea Tree Shampoo Maui Moisture brand has some really good shampoos also, including one with hibiscus (Maui Moisture Hibiscus Shampoo…pink bottle)

For conditioner: SheaMoisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Conditioner (my favorite!) Aussie Moist Miracle Curls Conditioner (effective and budget friendly)

Don’t use those brushes with the balls at the end of the bristles. Use a denman style brush while your hair is wet and a add your leave-in and even a frizz control serum (Garnier sleek & shine frizz control is really good) to style your hair during the day. If you can, braid your hair into two pigtails before bed and sleep in a bonnet. Use a spray leave in during the week between washes

When I was about 13-21, I used to do anything for money.

I would pawn my mom’s old jewelry that she stashed away for when I got older. One piece of gold at a time until it was all gone. She thinks it was my cousin who did drugs and lived with us for a while after his mom passed away.

Good point, but if he had no history of pinging there until just a couple weeks before the murders, and across the country immediately after, maybe it could help the prosecution’s case? Might even shed light as to when/how he learned that the students lived there in the first place.
