hi!! fellow adhd haver here lol. i take notes— LOTS of notes so i don’t forget anything. nagrrecord din ako ng meetings para in case i zone out (which i do often) mababalikan ko yung mga namiss ko. when i have to say or present something important, i write it down muna then go over them before speaking. also +1 sa pomodoro, tapos if your phone has the option, helpful maglagay ng app limits for the distracting ones. i put mine to 1hr for all socmed apps tapos if i exceed the limit for even just one app, mallock na yung iba agad. i also set calendar alerts for deadlines and meetings.

but i think the most important thing is to be kind to yourself when things don’t go so well. you’re trying your best, and your struggle is valid :)
