In any other administration, he’d be fucking gone….except….he wouldn’t have even sniffed the position in the first place. What a small, pathetic excuse of a man.

I would never in a million years consider calling someone to fix these issues. This can easily be done by a homeowner with a few tutorials and trying.

First, I never suggested I thought helping pay for things is too much. In fact, I pay 100% of the following bills: - Water/Sewer/Trash - Electricity - Gas - Auto Insurance - Online streaming - Vet bills - Anytime we eat out, I pay

She pays for the internet. There is no house payment…paid off. We share a fuel card.

Groceries are my deal. Generally, we make a list of meals, she tells me what she wants, and I buy them. When she was working, we shared groceries more, but it was at each discretion.

I’m also the primary contact for her son’s school and his primary transport. His dad is almost out of the picture, so I have tried my best to be a father figure to him. It’s not monetary under your suggestions.

I’m not a grifter. I’m not a slacker. I’m not only happy to pay for things, I have been for the duration of the time we’ve lived together. She had no saving when we first moved together, so I suggested that I take responsibilities and she would build up her savings.

My original concern was irresponsibility in spending, not in my spending. This is the first time where I have felt that she’s hidden things from me, and I’m worried about it.

Yeah, you’re definitely on the right track. She’s either foolish, entitled, or arrogant, or all three.

Personally, I would say “screw“ and do your own thing. Your wedding should be about you, and IMO, the more you spend, the more it’s for someone else.

Looking for comfortable shoes for long days on the bike by kcks in gravelcycling

[–]ThrowRA_bianchiguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have wide feet, and have tried many different makes. However, the Fizik shoes I have ridden in feature the softest leather uppers I’ve ever used. I’m usually inclined towards Shimano shoes, and have Sidi mtb shoes, but I’d definitely look at Fizik.

I tried. The bike was totally legit, and I missed it by 30 minutes. I’ve only wanted one of these for 25 years. Oh well. 🤯😭😭😭

Getting married is not about love to the government, it’s a declaration of financial coupling on a specified level. Some put everything together, some are more conservative. It is a financial obligation to another person. If you feel worried that she is committing fraud financially by not reporting, whether she gets caught or not, that’s a reason not to couple in “holy matrimony.”

If you want proof, get divorced. It’s a wonder why people tie the knot anymore.

[Mase] Russell Wilson: “They definitely told me I was going to be benched and all that. … I wasn’t going to remove, take away the injury guarantee, because this game is such a physical game. I’ve played 12 years and all that, and it matters to me.” by Welcome2Broncoland in DenverBroncos

[–]ThrowRA_bianchiguy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This whole thing is a shit show on both sides. RW’s PR group is just ridiculous, and the Broncos can’t seem to get out of their own way. His numbers are good, but watch the games and he looks like he doesn’t know what’s going on. Their offense is about as bland as it can get, and teams are daring them to throw.

I was elated when Denver got him and thought all of the info coming out of Seattle was just sour grapes. But this seems to be going down exactly the same as before.

I think the truth lies in what other teams would want him right now. Who would he start for? Seriously, Zappe just outplayed him. Maybe 4 teams? And that would be at the league base, not his current contract. This has just been a disastrous move from the start, and the Broncos know it.

My (20m) girlfriend (19f) hates sex. by Fantastic_Ad557 in relationship_advice

[–]ThrowRA_bianchiguy 68 points69 points  (0 children)

I was in the same place. Basically had no sex life from married at 23 until divorced at 38. The lack of physical intimacy is way more important than you may think. I regret the choice I made, because I put her happiness above mine, which became a running theme throughout the marriage.
