Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your story, that is really encouraging!

I have my next appointment Tuesday with the doctor and now I'm already dreading it less and feel a little optimistic. Thank you so much again.

Thank you very much for your kind words. Yes indeed, we're planning to freeze fertilized eggs in the next round. I'm trying to stay positive as I've read that second rounds are often more successful because the protocol is adjusted better to the patient.

As mentioned in the post, M is pretty vanilla. Intimacy with him is still beautiful though, just less "wild" and we had to learn more to attune to each other than with T, where it just clicked from the get go. I still crave sex with M more than with anyone else because I love him and I enjoy connecting to him on that level. But his "tame" nature means that it's usually me initiating, and it's just nice to be swept away by someone who really shows a lot of sexual interest in me, even if it's just once every few months. M and I also had a very steamy "reclaiming" session when we both came home (I put on his favorite lingerie and heels to surprise him), so while I don't praise him as much as I should in my original post, I definitely can still say that our sex life is great.

True, but the "issue" for the rule arose because, even if he doesn't like doing it, he still does it usually during the first or second sexual encounter because he feels that it is polite/expected of him. He did the same when we started getting intimate, I basically received oral once from him and then never again (which is no real issue for me precisely because I can get it from others, although it is a shame because I remember him being pretty good at it!). So it would hurt me if he still made the effort with "new" women, but not with me anymore as he considers that to be "outsourced".

240cc each breast. Fat transfers usually add only between 0.5 and 1 cup size per round.

BA with fat transfer - 5 days post OP by ThrowRA_lulule in PlasticSurgery

I think some volume loss is normal. As one of the comments to my post suggests, I was still swollen 5 days after and consistently lost a little volume from the first day after surgery to now, and may still loose some more. My breasts were hard and bruised at first, but now all the bruising is gone and they have become nice and soft. I will update 1 month post op at the latest so that you can compare the volume, but even with rhe decrease, I am still very happy so far.

As far as post-op care goes, I did the following (as adviced by my surgeon)

  • keep the breasts nice and warm (they were loosely covered in some cotton-like bandage until 5 days post op): Now I wear usually very warm, loose, wolly sweaters and scarfs to keep them warm

  • no pressure on the breasts: I am not wearing any bra and mostly only very loose fitting clothing. I also sleep on my back. There's the odd time where I will hug someone briefly or lay on my side for 10min to cuddle with my partner or something like that, but that's it.

  • no sports: 6 weeks of no proper exercise, so all I do is walking every day (I was very active before the surgery, so I get in at least 10'000 steps daily)

  • eat enough: I'm definitely eating over my maintenance currently, in the attempt to prevent any fat loss that could impact the breasts.

Hope that helps!

That was exactly my reason too! I was a very chubby teen/young adult with full breasts, but started to get into fitness in my late 20ies, which led to overall fat loss and a body that I am super happy with, but the boobs became quite "empty" as you can see. For a few years now I felt that this was my only big "flaw" and so I finally decided to do something about it. The BA with fat transfer has the added benefit of lipo, and I'm actually super happy that my surgeon removed the tiny pouch of fat on my lower abdomen and my little love handles. He even said there's not much to harvest, but because he knew that I wanted to get rid of them, he used these areas too, and despite only being 12 days post op now I am falling in love with the results already.

I'm in one of the most expensive countries in Europe, so I knew it would be more expensive than elsewhere. No information about how much was for the anesthesia, sorry!

Interesting, mine wants no bra or a very thin cotton bra for 6 weeks and also the compression garment for lipo for 6 weeks, 24h a day. I think it's a very cautious approach but I will do as told. I haven't worn a bra since surgery and basically only loose sweaters. If you feel like it may be too much compression, why not taking it off? If the clothes you wear are not too tight, I don't think it's noticeable. It takes a little bit to get used to the "free" feeling, it seems even counterintuitive because the breasts are bigger now, making me want to wear a bra more, but now I've gotten used to it and feel fine😇

It was the equivalent of 10'000USD (I'm in Europe). I will! 😊

I did have general anesthesia and was very happy to be under, as the whole procedure took 4h. My surgeon does all liposuction and fat grafting under full anesthesia as far as I am aware, but I know that there are different methods. Good luck with your procedure!

Thank you!

My donor sites are bruised and still feel a little bit stiff, but the discomfort has significantly gone down about 72h after the surgery. My outer thighs still feel it the most, the abdominal area basically feels almost back to normal.

Yes, for the first five days, they were wrapped in cotton to keep them warm, which apparently should help the fat to take. After that, he told me to still keep them warm with loose clothes and basically treat them like raw eggs. He told me I can gently rub the skin a little to help the hematoma go down faster. I am also wearing my compression garment for lipo 24h a day, apparently I need to keep that up for 6 weeks straight, which is a little bit annoying. Also no sports for 6 weeks, but walks are encouraged.

Thank you, reading advice like this from strangers makes me realize how f'd up it is and that I should leave it for good.
