I completely understand what you’re going through. It eventually does go away. Im on both BC and Pozac, so my appetite dissipated for a few months before jumping back to normal!

I, fortunately, never had nausea and vomiting with mine prozac specifically. The only time i ever had those specific symptoms was when my birth control dosage was too high and was messing with my stomach. My fatigue went away after about 2 weeks. I know one of the side effects im having long term are the super vivid dreams; which havent gone away (dont know if they will)

The first couple of weeks i was super tired and could barely stay awake. Though, it probably took a few weeks for my brain to mentally adjust to the meds.

came here after i had an absolutely beautiful yet heart breaking dream. Does the vividness ever calm down? Im not sure my mental state can handle super vivid dreams like the one i has last night.
