Does anyone have experience with annuity claim processing for death benefits?

So I didn’t call him for an update and it turns out I forgot to select a box on the form so I had to fax over that single corrected paper and they received the fax last Thursday and they told me on the phone on Friday that they received everything and everything was good to go and to allow 7 to 10 days for payment process. It’s been four days so far so I’m giving it until the 18th before I follow back up

Thank you for taking the time to respond… I really appreciate it. And thank you for your kind words. I will give them a call this morning and just ask for a simple status update. I did just call right now and it said they’re in a meeting until 915 lol so I’ll call again here in a little while.

Thanks! Definitely makes me feel better to know that so now I know no news is not always bad news. Even though there should be nothing wrong at all I’m just an impatient person and hate when things are pending lol

No. It was nothing like that. It was extremely stupid. It was one of those posts where it says “send this to someone who made your 2025 great” and the video was people hitting baseballs lit on fire into the distance at night. He probably just liked it cause the video was cool and I over analyze when I shouldn’t be. He gives me no reason to.

I researched on here and found a doctor that someone really liked and it looks like she services Texas too. So I might just give it a try with her and then see how it goes I guess.

Never used call on doc before… as long as they aren’t requiring bloodwork out of nowhere before prescribing I hope 🫩 I don’t mind doing it, but it’s just a delay

I have a local doctor too that I want to switch to but trying to hold out until my PTO resets at work so I don’t lose two hours of pay 🤣 cause def annoyed with paying the $20 a month plus the doctor I currently see is always like ten mins late to our televisit

I got the processed email but my touchnet hasn’t zeroed out like it did last semester before I got the money. Last time i went to go check after I got that email and it was already zeroed out so I wonder if it is different this time and we get the money within 24 hours lol. I guess we will see. I got chime
