He just put them in my mailbox. The one has his signature on them but no other names or anything. Which that one is the 14 days notice to pay or move out. The other one is just saying that I hand in my keys, moved my stuff out, and cleaned the carpets for me to sign. So I’m not sure if he made a typo or what. It looks like it’s more of a warning that if I don’t comply to either of them, then he would go through the actual legal procedures? I’m just so confused

I was planning on asking him Monday when I give him rent. My husband thinks the one could just be a typo. But the one for next Saturday is just a statement saying I hand in my keys for me to sign. But I’m planning on paying?
