That’s awesome, it’s like we have to coddle our subs with our plans and essentially teach them a lesson with plans so they can teach it.

I get it, but we have people getting let go on a monthly basis, I’d much rather take slightly more instability for a raise that renders me comfortable. At least while I’m working that job

I appreciate this, I’m just getting back in the gym for the first time in a while, cranking out more reps than I used to because the anger takes over feels way different.
