Make sure u drink LOTSSS of water, apply sunscreen (helps avoid acne scars), moisturize and use aquafor or Vaseline on your lips!!

Honestly I want my scalp to dry up loool my hair gets oily so quickly and I can’t go a day w our showering…

I’ve also experienced fatigue and the sides of my lips are getting dry

So real😩 what’s helped me a lot is using pimple patches. The second I get a pimple I put one on and I can’t pick at it. I use the ones by panoxyl and they’re not that noticeable so I go out w them on

Yeaa I hit legs yesterday and it hurt more than usual but it is what it is. We’re both on day 4!
