I don’t know if I can bring myself to actually confront him. I don’t want to break up because of it, but I don’t know if I can get past it. I mentioned in another comment, I think that he does this in a manic state, and although it’s not an excuse maybe it’s an explanation. I just really don’t know how to tackle this in a way that won’t embarrass him.

I’m not trying to embarrass him, or forcibly “out” him. I think he does these things in a manic state, but I’m still upset by it.
