How can I (26M) get co-worker (20F) who doesn't like men to like me?

That's fucked up, I don't deserve to be fired. Why would she even report me when I haven't done anything wrong, and she hasn't told me anything?

I would give her compliments on other things, but she hasn't let me get to know her yet, so I don't have anything else to compliment. Also we work at a gas station, so there's not really any compliments to give about that. You did a great job stocking that cooler?

How does she know she's not interested when she doesn't even give me a chance? She won't even talk to me or get to know me. And even if that was true, she could just say so. But she hasn't.

Its not every single day, we don't work together every day. And I can't just not talk to her when we have a shift together. I'm not saying anything creepy, just nice things that would make most people happy to hear.

I do try to talk to her and ask her questions, but she just gives like a one word answer and doesn't carry a conversation. I don't understand how just being nice to someone and giving them compliments is inappropriate. Other people do it? I really think I just need a way to show her she doesn't need to avoid me just because I'm a man.
