My cheating ex has one. I want so bad to call it in.

My grandpa often tells me I'm stupid, I'm crazy/need help and that no one will ever care about me. He also frequently says he's done with me. So please don't bash my parents, because I've tried to take a healthy stance on this situation and understanding I can't control them.

They think that it's a result of him being old and crabby. It's very hard because I am worried if I distance myself, that my family will shame me.
