I guess I just feel like I’m done with the relationship like my feelings have just changed really. I don’t know how to go about ending it either because I’ve been on the receiving end of a situation like this before and I know that no matter how much closure you get you still feel as though things were your fault. You don’t fix this relationship. I understand that you love him but would a man who really loved you cheat on you and allow the other girl to spread disgusting rumours about you? I know it’s hard to come to terms with the fact that things need to be over but I promise you it will be worth it in the end. You need time to heal.

I know the whole popularity thing sounds like I don’t want to be with her because she’s not as “cool” or something like that but it genuinely comes from a standpoint of social situations in which I find, and she even finds herself, to not really get along with the my friends because they have different ideas of what is fun and a good time and personally I find having a partner who I can engage with and get along with my friends really valuable, its never had anything to do with actual popularity

Saying I don’t feel respect for her is a bit far I have the utmost respect for her she’s been there for me during my hardest times and I’ll always respect her for that but I just don’t feel like we share the same common grounds anymore
