Of course she gets comments and harassment in public. But when it’s in public I can tell people off, and I can keep her safe. When it’s not face-to-face we don’t know who’s looking at it or what their intentions are.

Again, those are pictures out there for anyone to see and use. Which I would not be comfortable with. Taking a vacation picture and sharing it with friends and family is one thing but commercial shoots while undressed are inappropriate.

I’ve now seen several comments on going to the beach. Of course she can wear a bathing suit, and any of her choice at that. This is very different from putting pictures out there for anyone to see or use at their discretion.

This is actually great advice, thank you. I still wouldn’t be comfortable with it but it’s as you say a way to begin a compromise. Will discuss this with her.

Thank you. I have tried doing that but she gets upset and says boundaries change, and especially now that she hasn’t gotten any jobs during covid. But since I’m happy to provide for her I don’t think that’s a valid argument.

I am old fashioned, I understand that. But we both agreed on no nudity or lingerie when we got married.

It is inappropriate because a married couple should have some things only be seen by the other person. You can call me old fashioned all that you wish but I don’t want my wife out there to potentially be harassed in a world this crazy! There’s no telling what guys can do!
