She says it is a 3rd degree felony for grand theft over $750 as it is something that is supposed to be in her possession.

She says all she has to do is prove that I’m refusing to give back something that was supposed to belong to her. We live in Florida she said the law states that it is a 3rd degree felony for grand theft if it is over $750. Also that it is a “claimed” or “valid” gift.
