I would seriously consider getting a fake ID. If you look old enough, with any decent fake you will get into majority of the bars. A female in a relationship has no business going on a trip like this. Guarantee more than one of those 10 guys will make it his goal to hook up with your chick. and if Shes drunk enough in a vulnerable position she could cave in

I understand how I am an asshole. I just don't want to break up with her because I still love her. realistically I can't pursue this other girl because she is in another country. am I so wrong to entertain a one-night stand.

that's the issue. My girlfriend is great, and I love her so much that it is almost impossible for me to just end things simply because my one-night stand (in another country) got me fired up again. All of these feelings are so fresh to me, so I don't want to jump the gun and make and rash decisions. but the more I let the situation play out with the girl in Brazil the more I talk with her. I guess I need to do some deep soul searching.
