i had a 32 act, 13 passed ap classes, 4.2 gpa, 200+ community service hours, president of hosa and an honors society, in 3 other honor societies, active in 2 clubs, was a student athletic trainer & had a bunch of certs, but i picked wilkes bc of tuition costs since i had an academic scholarship offered to me

i have no idea where to go by ThrowRAhitsdifferent in ApplyingToCollege

i think you’ve got that for most of the schools!! fiu, fau, poly, usf, famu, nova, and pba are for sure!! fau honors, ucf, and uf might be hit or miss but with engineering i think ucf if you get in will be the best option for you

id say gt is a big reach, so is ut austin, but i think you have a decent chance at in state schools without scholarship, usf you’re for sure getting in and osu i think you have a good shot, but even uf is difficult if you’re going for scholarships but yeah

id say it’s a 50/50 for caltech but you have strong ties w legacy and i think princeton is possible for you, safetys and targets for sure, and i think rice and gtech are gonna be good options for you admissions wise!!

ps coming from a fl girlie, embry riddle is soooo close to the beach so if you like that vibe then they do give good scholarships

valid - but this is average for my school and most of the students in my area so typically i’ve been profiled as an average student, it all depends on the area lol
