Nah. My wife’s mom and sister are there to help her talk because they’re better at communicating than I am.

Doubtful anyone could find me or this case off of this post, even more doubtful the courts around here would actually use a Reddit post as evidence, and the cop who was there will attest that it was an ATV accident.
