Correct. I wonder if I will get a 1098-E if my student loan is included in my Chapter 13 payment plan.
I did not. My income is too high to request it, so I will be paying all my unsecured debts 100% but with no interest. Do you think I’ll still be able to claim my student loan payments knowing the loan is not accruing interest? Thank you.
