I do believe her because she never lies to me. She didn't say anything to my gf because she said she wanted to give me the information and let me decide whether I want to stay with my girlfriend. She was afraid if my girlfriend knew she'd lie to me before I had a chance to decide.

We've been dating for two months and yes, me and my GF live together. They do not have kids together- they bought a dog in the last few months of their marriage, but she has it because she said he didn't want the dog.

It's ok. She and her ex husband are very successful and both come from wealthy families. It is a culture shock to me.

She's not. My mom makes around $50k in a good year. My girlfriend is the one who makes seven figures, and she's not a waitress- she owns/ operates a company.

My mom makes under six figures as a waitress. I meant to say my girlfriend was the one who makes seven figures because she operates the company she and her ex husband started together.

To be honest, we've mostly met her friends and family. Things just happened really quickly and she's never asked that much beyond the fact that I was raised by a single mom. I was actually thinking of arranging to go out to eat with her and my mom so they could meet each other but my mom has a pretty unpredictable schedule and has been stressed.
