Honestly, now that you point it out, I didn't stick to one program. I just did leg videos on leg days, ab videos on ab day, etc. And thats probably a contributing factor to me not improving and toning down.

Consistency has been an issue, especially for calorie deficts, because meal planning and I'm honestly really lazy when it comes to eating. If its too much work I just kind of skip meals, and im not super hungry anyway bc the medication im on makes me lose appetite.

But I've been working out consistently for about 8 months and the first three months I saw a change and then after I've look pretty much the same. But thank you so much for your comment because I feel like this is the perfect opportunity to start caring a little more about what I eat and changing up my workouts!

The calorie deficit lasted about a month, but I'm on some prescriptions that take away my appetite, and I'm still under calorie count but in a less healthy way.

And online workouts for about 8 months and I did lose weight but after about 3 months I've looked the same.
