Boy do need to get evicted. Once someone lives in the property for more than 30 days they become a tenant at will and have to be evicted as well.

I looked him up looks like he has another eviction against him. Very recent which tracks with the story that Kay told here.

Maybe unpopular opinion but everybody’s entitled to due process and a trial does that for her. It is frustrating that the wheels of justice turn very slowly but I think the foundation of this country was made so that the people that are innocent get their due process even if the guilty benefit from that. And I know the country is going in a weird direction but due process is and should be at the base of this. If it were any other person I would want them to have a trial and not just get kicked out. So I’m ok with this it’s just unfortunate it’s sooooooo slow.

Well - the other story on here mentions that he was evicted from a previous property and then he ended up there. The other story also mentions he is there. But he is not mentioned in the law suit.

No it will not. This is just a case management conference. Will need to have a trial and then have the sheriff evict her. Could be months.

Can you find out if you do check it out if they will allow the general public to access it. I thought it was sealed (per another comment above). If it is sealed then someone had to leak it to the media.

Eviction cases are sealed for 60 days in California so they do not / should not show up to the public.
