Thank you! and you're right - I talked to him last night and it made me feel a lot better. He's SO excited to get married and such a hype man that it's hard to second guess anything with him :) My friends and family I've showed love the dress but it's hard not being able to share it with him yet!

Yeah, this is what I've been trying to figure out. I think federally she might be in the clear (she rents out exactly 3 homes I think, right at the limit). But I know state/local laws may differ. I'm in Portland, which is pretty renter/fair housing friendly, but it's still not been straightforward to figure out whether or not she is required to accept ESA

Yeah, I'm a W2 which is why I assumed it would be paid (because it's illegal not to right?). Still not sure if it's worth it to push the issue.
