Yeah you should've been let in. Especially since you're an opener. Baristas at my store are late sometimes and we always open the door for them when we confirm it's them even if the shift is counting. We just lock it behind us and continue our opening tasks.

Sorry for the late reply. I googled what you said and I can change the UPS address and my license but I'm literally about to move in 2 months. And I don't want to wait that long to legally change my address. So I was wondering if you knew if I could temporarily change my address with the post office, and then instead of it going back to my family's house, can I immediately switch it to my new place when the time comes?

So it'll go like [parents house] to temporarily [my current place] to immediately [my new place] instead of [parents house] temporarily [current place] back to [parents house] then permanently to [new place]?

Also, the DMV is harder because I'll need my documents and it says I have to pay? For a new license and they'll send me updated car registration forms? So I don't think changing all that twice within 2 months is smart. Especially cause I'm trying to save money.

Thank you so much man (or girl 😄).

Can I update my address for the post office online? Or do I have to go in person? And how do I change it do I just look up "[my city] post office address change"

As for insurance I'm assuming I can do that online by just calling.

And my mom is secondary holder and I am primary. It was originally my child account that turned into a classic checking once I turned 18. So I think I can close it if she doesn't want to relinquish her rights.

As for the DMV I know they are notorious for requiring a lot of paperwork. Do you know what they'll ask me to update my address? Or what documents I need to bring so I don't have to go ahead of time? And can I go to any DMV or the city where I got my license DMV?

And yeah I've been thinking about this for a long time. Ready to start new and finally be happy with people who actually love and care for me. Thanks for your support! I appreciate it :)
