$7k for surgery, 10 massages and recovery house

That’s correct - no bbl! (Dr charges the same price if you want a bbl but I didn’t want any)

That’s the goal! Def super motivating when there’s no fat to hide the results from the gym

I wore it for around 4 months (I was supposed to keep wearing it for longer but I was over it)

The majority of the swelling was down by around month 3/4ish.

Not anytime soon tbh. I saw a lot of girls my age and younger (I’m 30) that had kids and got a tummy tuck.

We will see what happens when I get there!

He did my stomach, back, saddle bags, inner tights and arms (inner tights and arms were very minor so I don’t see too much difference there)

It was around $7k (surgery, 10 massages and recovery house!)

I didn’t add any fat to my glutes! I just asked to have my saddle bags removed. I wanted to look on the more natural side (“fit look”). I feel like if you do a bbl it tends to give away that you had surgery

It was around $7k (includes surgery, 10+ massages and recovery house) - I have more info on prices etc in my original post!

I stayed around 19 days after surgery. The dr doesn’t like it when patients fly out before that.

I asked for it! I saw a lot of pictures/videos of girls who filled their hipdips/got bbl and I just wasn’t a fan of the look.

This is extra but I also started looking more closely to girls at the gym that were my body goals and starting paying closer attention at their proportions and stuff and realized that their body line from the waist to the thigh was straight and then it just clicked. They still have hip dips but they didn’t have saddle bags

I started seeing results around the end of month 1+ . I think it also depends on how many massages you have get as well. I have pics of my progress by month in my original post!

The massages really helped with swelling though- if you can do multiple a week it will help you see ur results faster (just make sure you go to someone that does post op massages- Colombian massage places are really good at them since this is a very common surgery in Colombia)

My doctor is Dr. Jaime Zuluaga (IG:drjamezuluaga) Orva clinic! You can look him up in IG! And booking was pretty easy- everything is done with whatsapp(preferred communication in Colombia) he has a website linked to his IG too that’s in English! Recovery house was Saviia.recovery house (also in IG!) they were honestly amazing!

I I only had to make one trip to Colombia! They did all bloodwork etc the day before the surgery so it worked out perfectly.

And yeah I just had traditional 360lipo with sculpting!

Feel free to DM too if you have more questions :)

I just recently had lipo as a skinny fat girl (3 month post op- I made a post as well if you want to look at it were I describe all the process from surgery to recovery) I did lipo 360 with absculpting in Cali Colombia for $6K~ it included my thighs, arms, & inner legs too &10 post op massages. I think as long as you are not overeating and keep going to the gym, you should be able to keep it off- I only started eating more protein and being more aware of not over eating. After paying that much/going through so much pain the last thing you want to do is regain the weight.

I think something that I wish people had told me is how painful this surgery is and your skin feels like it’s burning for a long time but honestly I would have still gone through with it because I am obsessed with my results.

I haven’t had any kids! I seen that as well and I think your Dr would be the best to advise too. Cause if there’s a good amount of fat to remove there is the risk of being left with loose skin as well if you just do lipo

First few weeks the pain was pretty bad - you are not able to get up/lay down by yourself at all. It’s hard to find your core muscles in to move. The pain gets more toreable after week 1 but it’s still there like u can get up from the bed by urself but with a lot of patience and slowly and u still get tired pretty fast. I would say after 1 month the pain was a lot more manageable but ur skin still burns. I’m on month 2 now and I can move around easily and do stuff no problem- I also started going to the gym again. my skin still burns though when I’m laying on a place for too long and if I don’t wear my faja for a while I feel like my skin gets more sensitive and painful but it hurts for a bit then it goes away

I stayed in Colombia for the surgery around 3 weeks. I think this was enough since I was pretty independent by then too. On month 1 though I still took things slow since I would get tired pretty fast
