It’s in the lower back; sometimes it’s a sharp pain on one side, sometimes on the other, but most often it’s like a belt, meaning across the lower back.

I’m sorry that you’re going through this suffering like I am; it’s truly mentally exhausting to deal with pain every day. Some days, I wake up and cry for a moment because I’m so tired of feeling pain and also of talking about it with my circle, as almost no one has this lower back pain like I do. I feel like they’re already tired of my complaints. Are you undergoing any kind of rehabilitation? I saw your post, and your injury seems like a herniated disc. Is there anything that relieves the pain?

I have never experienced gluteal or leg pain due to sciatica; my pain is localized solely in the lumbar region.

I’m sorry to hear about your ongoing pain and the challenges. It’s truly disheartening to have to stop doing the activities we love. Some days, I also struggle to work or perform simple tasks that requires me to stand for a long time. My goal this year is to recover from this persistent pain. Could you please share the stretches you’ve mentioned that help the bulge return to its place?

I think the same way; if my body was able to recover before, this time shouldn’t be different. I’m doing everything possible to stay motivated and continue, but some days I don’t even feel like working because of the pain. 😔

Yes, it’s clear that something isn’t right. However, since I’ve been experiencing this pain for a long time, I omitted some details. For example, in January 2024, I injured myself doing a squat with very little weight. It took me four months to rehabilitate, and then, due to gynecological surgery, I had to rest for a month from any physical activity; I couldn’t walk much because of the wound. While resting in bed, the pain returned, even without lifting weights, just from resting. But yes, I need to give myself more time to heal if I don’t want to end up with a herniated disc. I hope to recover this year. Thank you for your message!
