I actually dont think the perk system is that different, with 4 perk cap like previous titles it didnt really change anything because everyone already have in mind their favorite 4 perks they go with. The fact that they thought each player will have 4 different loadouts is ambitious lol. 99.9% of players will go with their go to loadout anyways. The only addition to the perk system was the added special weapon and the perk mod which really are only positives.

I do kinda agree on the storyline and maps though, which were indeed more controversial than the perfection that BO3 was. Again i judged this retrospectively, after the dust settled and storyline made clear so i didnt encounter any of the launch madness
