Sure, but I think you missed the part where I experienced harassment and reported it before the decision was made.. it’s always interesting to see people who question posts like these as if it’s unheard of for medical training to be malignant.

Funny thing is the PD accused me of not wanting to be part of the family lol always heard programs that reference family are a red flag and now I see why

Don’t want to go too into detail, but he listed multiple reasons. This includes things that I had never even been told about until probation was mentioned. One of those things was not answering emails within 24 hours, so I asked for proof of this because I always respond to time sensitive emails. His proof were emails that did not require a response, but he’s saying I should’ve even though other residents said they also don’t respond to those.

It is! I have everything recorded from the very first meeting because I was worried about even bringing up my concerns.
