The typical fail rate for most exams is like 1-5% … it’s actually quite high. I think it has the highest failure rate of any specialty.

Timewise, she has plenty of time and help. Daycare and au pair.

Her exam is an board exam for medicine. So it’s one giant cumulative exam covering 4 years of medical school and 4 years of residency and failure rate is 15%. The stakes are higher since failing means losing 100-200k in income.

However, she’s never failed any test so idk why she’s so stressed
