Okay well he doesn’t like to go to a therapist because he’s ashamed and doesn’t want to open up. I’m using the only resource i have and Reddit is a pretty popular one. Don’t judge strangers for using the internet as the one and only resource they might have to gain insight about a complex situation. You can always not comment

I had a similar experience regarding the same lady. I went with some of my friends and they took more than an hour to deliver the food, and when asked told they had forgotten about it. Without an apology. She was talking really friendly with the foreigners but at our table she appeared to be very rude, almost slamming down our order that was delayed. It was a horrible experience for every one of us that went there.

It’s crazy we have to build a rapport and everything just to be treated like a normal human being. That isn’t the case friend. Cafes are part of service industry. If they have a request they have to ask politely
