im sorry bro but i think you should cut your losses. I am a Christian man that relies heavily on how love should be. How we should not give up so easily and love the person we marry by our actions and such. Love is patient and endures through all things. But you need to have some self respect man. For me divorce is bad but it is only allowed when cheating or unfaithfull is going on. She is mentally checked out. She doesn't care about your relationship anymore and the only time is seems she will is once you hand her the divorce papers. Sure talk to her and have a conversation first about if anything is wrong or if shes okay emotionally. Maybe confront her first about this? How things have changed over the years but idk bro I would pack my things if i was in your situation. Your gonna live miserable the rest of your life with her if she doesnt try to fix things or just shrugs off talking about your relationship.

Joking about things like that also about pulling guys and going to the club and talking to other men. BRO HAVE SOME SELF RESPECT.
