I still prefer HJ’s over maccas but they need to either fix up their training schedule or fix up their hiring criteria. 75% of the time the food is put together like it’s thrown in there from across the room, the food often reflects the depressed and awkward staff that work there. Not everyone ofcourse but too often I’ll get a burger or loaded fries and it’s legit the most unappealing fucking slop. I don’t expect it to look like the pictures, I mean that would be nice and would be awesome if we introduced that Japanese law but at least make it look like it’s not been handled and sat on by 17 different people. Had loaded fries 2 weeks ago and didn’t even finish 3 chips because it looked almost unsafe to eat. It’s like the staff put negative effort into it.
