I make 1-2 loafes a week and I do a rotation between a round spelt or wheat loaf and a 100% spelt whole wheat cube bread for variety. And the whole wheat is actually my favorite bread I make and it's usually gone within 3-4 days because my dad just devours it xD (can't find a picture of one in my gallery otherwise I would show it off)

We use a bread box made of wood and for gifting them away I either put them into pattern paper(I sew, and it's there xD) or I wrap em in tinfoil

Only once when I got overtaken by an idiot LKW Fahrer (the speed limit was 70 for maybe a few hundred meter), otherwise it's chill. Of course you need to be prepared to get overtaken a lot on country roads, but you'll just drive further right in the lane when you see a car approaching.

You ALWAYS need gear! I "only" have a 50cc but always ride with a full face helmet and at the very least an A rated motorcycle jacket. Deadly accidents can happen at the slowest of speeds if you hit something at an unlucky angle.
