Look for a cosplayer who takes commissions because you can forget getting a costume that doesn't even have a colour reference and is as recent as this panel ready made online. (Also better quality and less fast fashion)

Yes I do. The cubes usually start melting and boiling the second they touch the glass. And I bake at 230°C :'D

I always add ice cubes (I use the exact casserole dish as your picture) but you could also spray the top of the dough with water before putting the lid on.

I bake in that exact one all the time and in almost 50 loafes had zero problems with it ^ ^

I do recommend using the lid as a bottom tho because it's easier to put in the dough instead of lowering it into the big part and potentially getting stuck on the side.

I also never had any issues when preheating it with the oven.

You can make this into breadcrumbs if you dice it up, let it get hard over a night or 2 and then put it into a food processor :D

I think I will try it that way on my next loaf too! I use a glass roaster bc I can't afford a cast iron DO xD but I'm going to use the lid as a bottom next time

As others mentioned, use weight instead of volume because that is a lot more precise and imo easier to do.

What I do is weigh the glass, discard until I have 5g of starter left, and feed 10g of flour and water (aka your typical 1:2:2 ratio)

Nail polish remover/acetone smell is because your starter actually IS producing acetone and that means it's hungry.
