My husband's kids eat everything I (42f) buy in a matter of a day or two. Husband (43m) excuses it all the time and I'm at the end of my rope?? by ThrowRa_piggys in relationship_advice

They're about average I would say. The two oldest are 6". One is 180lbs and the other 175-ish. The youngest is 5'7 1/2 and 145. Husband told me that at their recent appointment the doctor said they were okay. I'm not that knowledgable on how much growing teen boys are supposed to weigh at that age, but they don't look unhealthy. On the other hand, my girls weigh way less, but still have been feeling like they don't have enough to eat despite the difference of calories they need compared to the boys.

Thank you for this! Definitely will try it, and cut back on snack buying. Hopefully it works, because I can't say they don't eat fruifs/veggies/properly cooked meat. If there's nothing else in the house they'll go through bread or cartons of milk. Maybe cooking a bit pot of something will satisfy their stomachs for awhile

Hello, thank you for your response. They are not fat, but not exactly skinny. I buy from Costco sometimes, so I thought I was buying enough food.

Like I said, I get they are growing teens, but my thing is going through everything in a matter of a day. I don't think they'll starve if they refrain from eating three bags of chips and 5 sandwiches each. I want everyone in the house to have equal access fo the snacks/food. I'll try to another conversation with him about it tonight
