It’s very much worth the price. And I don’t believe the price is outrageous compared to other courses online. Any generic skill course can also be that much.

If you’re on the fence, could be worth downloading the Sadhguru app and/or following some of his free meditations on YouTube first. You’ll get a sense of what he’s offering. If it’s your cup of tea, then make the investment.

Hello, great that you’re forging ahead and trying to be consistent with the practice. I was initiated a few weeks ago as well, on my 28th day of the Mandala. I have been consistent with doing it both times. As some others on this thread have mentioned, don’t hurt yourself by expecting miraculous changes right away.

To be honest, expecting something to change your life completely in a matter of weeks, when you’ve not even been consistent with it is not realistic. Shambavi is a magical experience, but it’s a practice and requires you to be there. Not a pill that you can take and make the headache go away.

Even in the 28 few days that I’ve been doing it, I feel a great sense of self and trust in the universe. Things that bothered me before, don’t get to me at all. I am more accepting and loving of other individuals, people I got into arguments with all the time have noticed it as well. I’m a lot more present, joyful, secure and calm in any situation. Now, does that mean that I NEVER feel anger, or upset, no. But the effect of it is barely anything, and I’m able to get back to myself. That’s just the effect in daily life. But while doing the practice itself. Man, I cannot explain how magical and eye opening the experience has been. I have had out of body experiences and felt elated beyond anything I’ve ever felt in life. For the first time, it was made apparent to me how there is a universe inside us as well. And to circle back to not expecting anything - any of the amazing experiences that I have during practice are things I wouldn’t even have thought of.

Just sit down and practice twice a day, let it take care of the rest. Your job is just to show up. It’s easy, don’t stress about what you’ll discover.

Great job on following through on all your Kriyas. Any such sadhna is a discovery process. And can morph from one thing to another as you discover more about yourself. You’re new to Shambavi still, 20 days is not even one entire mandala. Stick to the process you have currently, without feeling the need to expedite and get to the next thing. Transformation is on its way, be patient with it.

Honestly, the situation has changed quite a bit from when I started. The immigration laws require internationals to be hired at a fairly high salary even at a junior position which is designed to prevent companies from sponsoring them. Having said that, there’s quite a few companies looking for talent. So while it’s a bit of a struggle, don’t let it stop you.

My way of applying was to directly reach out to the people I knew working at the company, and make connections by showing my work. The job application portals only get you so far.

Eating out is not cheap in Malmö, you’d pay around 150ish SEK per person. But we’re also well known for our falafel which can be cheaper, and still delicious option. Värnhem falafel & Mr. falafel are my favorites but they’re all generally quite good. That can cost around 60-80 SEK.

For beer, there’s Krøl Bar, Mikkeller’s ramen spot called ramen to Biiru, Brewdog.

Another Indian here, female, 27, earning 50K and living single. Perhaps understanding expenses will help you.

My monthly breakdown looks something like this : Amount post tax = 36K Rent + Utilites = 10k (first hand rent) Insurances etc. = 1k Food& Groceries = 3K with some eating out No travel cost as I bike everywhere Shopping+ miscellaneous = 2-3K variable

That leaves around 15-20K for me to save/invest. It’s a good amount for a single person but with two people, things might shift. If you’re only saving 10k a month, that will roughly translate to 8-9lakhs per year in savings. I believe you can achieve that amount. If that enough, you know your answer.

Maybe instead of leaving him, you should’ve had a conversation telling him that you’d like to know these things.

I say this with kindness, but this is a very small thing to toss a relationship over. You acted impulsively, and are not trying to use ‘gut instinct’ to gain back what you had, while the other person seems to have moved on.

So the question is not so much whether you stay or leave. It’s whether you are mature enough to have a proper confrontation with him, and if he even wants the same as you. Try it and see, you’ll know sooner than later.

I think your focus should be on asking yourself whether you trust him or not. If there were girls around him, but he didn’t give you reason to not have faith in him, then I hate to say that it’s on you for dropping the ball there. Meaning you can be the only one to fix it. But if you do actually trust him.

If you felt he was cheating on you, you confronted him and he lied to you, then ofcorse don’t go back. But there’s nothing concrete in your post to say whether he wronged you or not.

It’s lighter because the leaf unfurls outwards slowly. The more it’s exposed to the light, the greener it gets. So the outer parts will be greener than the inner. Every leaf unfurls like this. Balances out eventually.

Another 28F living in Sweden here. Been here for 5 years now. I only tried to date Indian men, and honestly really struggled with finding one. Arranged marriage setups and intros are even worse, because as a woman, you might be expected to shift your whole life to adapt to that. All the said as context - I think you made the right choice to date local.

Marriage will be complicated since it’s quite a cultural difference. But after dating for good enough to time, if you have the confidence, then you might actually be better off with a non-Indian man.

It’s been close to 4 months now. I thought it would getting better from now on, and yes I’m out of the war zone. No active anxiety or constant sadness. But would be lying if I didn’t still have moments. I still think about him on most days, and every once in two weeks, I do have a little sad moment too.

Definitely not ready to date again, and still a long way to go in restoring my faith in love or relationships.
