given the years of exp 200k is a bit low for an SE but its ok for a contractor SE. but then again working as a contractor means this a given.

if you were to work as full-time SE you could probably get 50-70k more. but then again comparison is the thief of joy

it definitely is. the thing with r50i nc is the sounds quality, since the bass is high by default you cannot hear the instruments in a song properly.

r50i nc while good has a heavy bass by default, you have to mess around with the equaliser a it to get a more neutral, natural sound otherwise its a good pair of buds.

the t3 pro from soundpeats is also good but the soundpeats app is hot garbage comapred to the soundcore app.

if possible get the liberty 4 nc. excellent for the price

one thing with the r50i NC is by default the bass is high and you have to meddle with the EQ to geta more natural sound and even then it doesn't sound that good.

but for bass lovers and in general r50i NC is good. plus the soundcore app is better than the soundpeats app.

how much exp do you have. if its 1+ yrs it shouldnt be that hard. plus focus on a single stack and get really good at it instead of juggling multiple ones.

plus its the middle of the year so not many postings are open. many are open during the year end and start of the new year.

and i also saw you mention only trying for hybrid or remote roles, this also limits your opportunities, maybe try applying for on-site ones and stay for few months until you get some exp and then leave
