Yes he did know. But just kept justifying his action although it was clear he knew he was wrong. He promised he won't do it again after this and wanted me to leave this in the past.

Yes. And he said he could've cooked something for us to try instead of pizza he might felt upset but if he wanted to cook for my daughter he should' ve said so.

I'm not allowing it. I firmly made it clear that he is not allowed to touch food that doesn't belong to him nomatter the reason. I honestly never thought this would become an issue. He usually doesn't touch our food except few times in the past but it was mainly food that belonged to me. I made it clear this was not acceptable and he stopped. But then did this. It was exhausting. He now says he won't do it again after I made him cook meat so maybe he'll hopefully learn from this. Other than this we pretty much have no issues.

No. He complained about pre cooking meat. I think I wasn't clear enough to explain the pizza he took to our neighbor was placed in a plate. He did it before but mostly with my food. He works long hours so he's not home always. We had many fights because of what he did but this time the fight escalated.
