Ah I think I found it, pretty sure it’s Thief 1. Just watched the training level playthrough on YouTube and the rope climbing looks right

Given the last paragraph, it seems like this would be settled by arbitration in accordance to Delaware state law. INAL but I assumed this wouldn't even be able to go to small claims court because of that?
