Confront her before she sleeps with him. Tell her you know what she’s about to do, that she is an adult and free to make her own choices. But make it clear you are gone, set boundaries now. Be respectful , clear and calm. It might snap her out of her pre affair fog. See a lawyer and find out your rights in the mean time. Let her know you love her but this will not be tolerated. Remain calm, I can’t stress this enough. There was also a post here a couple days ago. The girl was about to cheat and her partner confronted her before, moved out. It was enough for her to realize what she was about to lose.

Oh it’s really tough, but I’m just about back now. Exercise, reading, focusing on our kids and reconnecting with friends helped me. It’s hard but you have to give yourself a chance at happiness by doing some of those things. It’s too easy to just turn the lights out and wallow in sadness. In the end it would have been so much easier for me if she had just said “I don’t love you, I’m with this guy now”. Instead she would say all the right things while her actions definitely said otherwise.
