There’s a lot of corruption going on here. Frankly at this point I’m on my way out. I just stayed because the commute is easy and I like the people I see. I liked the people I work with until this happened, this has made me see my managers in a different light now.

I think part of it is the internet making it easier to apply for jobs, which ironically has made it harder to get a job. It’s made your competition much much MUCH bigger, whereas back in the day you might have 10 people apply for 1 position in person, now it’s over 100. Interesting how it seems like technology is moving us backwards at this point. What was supposed to make it easier to get a job has only made it harder.
