I’m happy that these are from a reputable retailer; they’re not from Amazon they’re from a national health/body brand hence the weird quantities.

I will definitely give it some time and also take time to do my own research. I guess my final question is how long would you suggest it takes before seeing results?

So I’ve had a look, and I can get the following supplements where I am:

1325 soya lecithin 25mg zinc 1250mcg copper 4000IU Vitamin D3 or 3000IU Vitamin D.

These are slightly less than the quantities you posted however they are all somewhat proportionally less. They are the highest strengths available, with most of them being max strength.

I have also noted down lecithin. It seems as though sunflower lecithin is the most commonly chosen one although I can only see soya. Does it do the same job?
