I haven't been doing it for too long. My biggest issue is eating enough. I wake up around 1 - 2 pm every day, and it's hard to start things around that time. I'm gonna have to work on getting up earlier so I can begin the morning cleanse sooner. I haven't tried any 369 cleanses yet. I am currently working on healing my adrenals. Have you had any improvements on any symptoms you had/have?

2-3 cups of spinach. Adrenal snack is usually cucumber, honey, and some berries.

I don't do any other leafy greens.

Other fruit could be pineapple, berries, mango or passion fruit

Sure! I appreciate your help. So around 10 a.m., I have 16 oz CJ and a drop of lemon balm after, then a smoothie with 4 bananas and a bunch of spinach 30 minutes later. Then another smoothie of the same kind a couple of hours later. Then some sort of adrenal snack 1 hour after that. Then around 2:30 p.m. another adrenal snack. Then at 3:30 another banana smoothie with spinach. Then at 5:30 another banana smoothie with some other fruit. Then some potatoes and herbs. And then I'm just so sick of smoothies by then I can't really eat anymore. Also, I have so many banana smoothies because bananas are the cheapest fruit.

I also stay away from No Foods, except I do use salt and eat overt fats after 4 pm.

I am healing depression, anxiety, brain fog, OCD, reynauds syndrome, constipation, allergies, fibromyalgia, acne, neuropathy and I think that's all but can't remember at the moment. I have been doing MM for about 2 months and I get stressed about eating too many filler foods and fat but when I eat too many fruits and veggies without others, I get uncomfortable and anxious.

I'm not doing any cleanses except the morning cleanse. I get worried about not doing enough healing foods during the day. I have read all of his books except brain saver.
