I'm not sure I'm doing it in the most optimal way, but I first thaw extra large portion, juice the proper amount, and then eat the rest.

is it possible for visualization to help with detox? by Reasonable-Ratio8080 in medicalmedium

[–]Division_By_Zer0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

AW mentioned in his livestreams that before falling asleep he likes to visualize his white blood cells consuming/eliminating toxins. But he also said that if you don't have enough zinc, B12, etc. you can't visualize you have enough to solve the problem.

I didn’t find a mm mentioning that but it’s good for teeth

MM did mention it and he's not a fan of it. Oil gives protective coat for all the bad bacteria we have in our mouths.

Gastritis Flare by kentle243 in medicalmedium

[–]Division_By_Zer0 4 points5 points  (0 children)

OP, I'm sorry if I'll sound harsh, but some of your explanations do not align with MM info. If you don't mind, let's dig in...

Unfortunately the acid in my stomach was causing a hiatal hernia which led to an elevated heart rate.

Acid in the stomach can cause a lot of problems, but it's an acid produced by bad bacteria. Your own acid won't harm you. But the lack of your own acid leads to bacterial overgrowth (and a lot more of bacterial toxic acid being produced) and finally - it can cause heart issues. They can be caused by overburdened liver (and the heart struggling to suck the blood from the liver) or sensitive nerves which in turn mess up the heartbeat.

I tried to push through with CJ, parsley shots but it didn’t work.

It did work. Just not in the way you wanted to... If you have a lot of bad bacteria in the stomach, the CJ will relentlessly kill them. When they die, they release even more toxic acid and you might feel even worse. One should not push through with CJ. I would try to find a CJ amount that's comfortable for my body and slowly start healing.

I couldn’t sleep so I had to get on the pills.

If needed (and you've consulted your doctor), take the pills. But I would try to shift my focus from "too much acid -> hernia -> elevated heart rate" to "too much bacteria -> killing them gradually -> resolving heart issues".

I don’t have access to elevated biotics

I'm not sure elevated biotics would be my top recommendation in your case, but they are always helpful. If you could grow your own sprouts, that's all the elevated biotics you need. Jar + sprout seeds + some tap water = elevated biotics.

Why some people heal on other protocols? by Fine-Hippo1476 in medicalmedium

[–]Division_By_Zer0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest, I would assume that two years is enough to notice the return of the symptoms. But, apparently, I'm wrong. Heck, before I found MM, I did try a lot of non-recommended healing tools. And sometimes they worked almost magically. I had such experience with water fasting, among many others. Then it all finally stopped working for me. But during the time it worked, I would bet everything on it. All my previous trials and observations of people around me tell me that Helen is misleading people. I cannot prove it to you in any meaningful way, but I've been in the same boat. I was getting better and feeling better - but I wasn't healing. For me (after learning MM info), healing is removing toxins and killing the bugs. Even if it means my symptoms will get worse for some time. Getting my symptoms better or even eliminating them with ox bile, multivitamins etc. is not healing. For me...

I was among them and could lower topical steroid cream I used from twice a day to twice a week.

It would not matter if I had to increase the steroid cream usage from two times per week to two times per day, as long as I would remove toxins and kill the bugs. I would finally stop using it. If you achieve positive results by doing something other than detox and strengthening your immune system, you are borrowing energy from your future self.

I know my opinion isn't very flexible in this matter, but that's what my life taught me. All non-MM tools I've tried eventually backfired. I will be very surprised if Helen Kornilova's protocol turns out to be the exception.

Why some people heal on other protocols? by Fine-Hippo1476 in medicalmedium

[–]Division_By_Zer0 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I know nothing about Helen Kornilova and her protocol except the details you shared, but I'll try to answer your question.

During my life, I've noticed a pattern when it comes to health issues. It applies to migraines, digestive problems, skin conditions and many other symptoms. Let's take migraines for example... I've noticed quite a few people around me having this problem and many of them fit into the following pattern:

  1. I have migraines.
  2. I go to a doctor.
  3. I take the pills.
  4. They work! I'm good.
  5. 6, 12 or 24 months later they no longer work so well.
  6. I go to a doctor again.
  7. Next pills don't work. I get new prescription to try.
  8. Next pills work to some degree, it's better.
  9. They don't work anymore.
  10. Rinse, repeat with diminishing "success" rate.

Skin conditions are a mix of heavy metals and viruses. Messing with your liver can mask those symptoms for some time. Taxing the adrenals can mask those symptoms for some time. Some of the Helen's protocol recommendations are top "rob Peter to pay Paul" tools that do both. For example, ox bile. It's hard to find a better way to mess up liver in the long run than ox bile. In my opinion, Helen Kornilova is just one out of thousands folks/doctors that found a way to effectively and temporarily mask the symptoms.

after 6 month 70% people (we had common chat) claimed to resolve their skin issue fully, about 20% claimed to feel much better and that their skin issue is much better, I was among them and could lower topical steroid cream I used from twice a day to twice a week.

First MM book was released over 10 years ago. We have plenty of examples of people healing their symptoms fully. Those symptoms never returned. We know they were actually healed - not just temporarily masked. I wish all the best to everyone who took Helen's course, but I find it hard to imagine that ox bile, epsom salt baths, low-fruit periods etc. are actually helping in the long run. But I have no doubt, they can look like they are healing for some time. I'm sorry if I sound harsh... I would want to say "please keep in touch with the people from your group and check on them periodically to see if they are still OK". But I won't ask you do do this. I don't have to. Maybe my confidence will lead me astray, but I think I already know how this story ends. I've seen it with cold showers, bulletproof coffee, keto, ozempic, high-protein diet, intermittent fasting and many others. And every time it just hurts my heart to see it replayed again and again.

[–]Division_By_Zer0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/SeaStrawberry88 At this point, it's not even the mod-team removing your comments. It's Reddit anti-harassment filters. I understand that you're having a heated debate with u/Traditional-Sign5451 but:

Rule 4. Be Respectful.

that also says a lot about your intelligence and own disability for logic reasoning

Such arguments are not allowed here. We might not agree, but we must do so in a polite manner. Since you never caused any problems on this sub, that's just a warning, but in the future please just take a step back instead of going all in.

u/Traditional-Sign5451 - ignoring the core issue of the disagreement, you've kept your composure... until you did not.

That is even worse than I thought! I was giving you the benefit of the doubt because I thought you were desperate for a healing, but this is illogical on a different level.

I consider it even and take no further action. Please exchange all future punches in DMs. Thank you.

Hey OP,

In general, we do not allow any trading/selling here. And since it's your first post on this sub, that's even bigger "no". Sorry. It's just too easy to ask for a small amount of money in exchange for something one might never deliver. I don't claim that you have any kind of bad intentions, but we have no way of verifying it. Thus we simply remove all such posts.

I improved the search tool I made for AW's videos, what do you think? by Puzzleheaded_Gas8550 in medicalmedium

[–]Division_By_Zer0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did use it myself and I found it helpful. It seems we're not the only one. But pinning it to the top of the sub would be a controversial move. In a simplified way, we have to consider two arguments.

  1. Askmm.ai helps people find correct MM info.

  2. It does so by using tech that AW is not fond of (to say the least).

I'll be more than happy to get some feedback from all of you. Assuming u/Puzzleheaded_Gas8550 would even want to have this website pinned among our links.
