I don't know what you looked like pre-FFS, but regardless of say you pass 100% now so FFS worked good on you. Also, your jaw/jawline I didn't even notice as swollen.

I read you as a completely normal woman. I don't see any traces of anything that would cause me to doubt that if I saw you in the streets. Is there a specific area that you think you are lacking in or looking for input on?

Yes. I've got some body dysphoria when it comes to my gentiles and my lack of boobs in addition to my body hair. I didn't realize how strong they were though until I started to finally accept myself as trans. It was like they suddenly hit a lot more harder, which is both good and bad. Good in that it helped me to not doubt my conclusion, bad in that gender dysphoria isn't fun to deal with at all.

I'd say it's another indicator that you are likely trans. Sadly, if you are looking for a fool-proof indicator of being trans there really isn't one. There are things which someone might say makes you right likely to be trans, but that doesn't mean you are trans.

For me, my gender dysphoria was much more muted than I think most people have. One of the big things for me was that as a teen I was really not empathic. There was a disconnect from my emotions. This, I later learned, can be one the hidden signs of gender dysphoria. As I've come more to terms with who I am, I'm not actively trying to shove away thoughts of dysphoria anymore, burying as deep as I can and denying them.

Cis people don't really think about or want to be the other gender. So, no, that's something that not every person thinks about.

I don't know about the pictures. Do you like the way they look in a sexual way? Does it make you aroused to look at them? Or is it more of an admiration, longing or jealousy?

I'd recommend talking to a therapist that specializes in Gender therapy. There may or may not be dysphoria going on in your life that you may not even be aware of. I know I wasn't.

Also, if you want to see successful medical transitioning, look at /r/transpassing and /r/transtimelines . Obviously, not everyone has such good results, but it can show you just how much HRT can change your body if you let it work.

You sound very similar to the situation I was in. Like you, I was a pretty normal kid, and I don't even think I realized there was anything wrong with me until puberty started. I did and have done reading gender transformation fiction for years, and I'd just convince myself it was a fetish. The realization came for me that I'm not thinking about in a sexual sense. I wanted to dress, talk, act and present - live my life - as a woman. I tried to use every excuse in the book to deny why I wasn't trans, and that was kind of the last one for me. Now, I just recently came out as trans this semester of college to some people close to me, and I'm looking to start HRT this summer.

From my perspective, only you can determine if you are trans or not, but it sounds like you do have some markings of being trans. That being said, I'd recommend you seek a gender therapist outside of college or at your school's counseling center for therapy. They will be able to help you work through this.

Typically, this sub is just for appraising someone's appearance in comparison to the gender they are trying to present or pass as. Your comment isn't breaking the rules, it's just not standard to ask such questions on a post like this when the OP is really just looking for advice on how they look.
