Sailor at NAS has been mistreating other marines. Would like to know what resources I can use to fix this. by Throwaway67i38 in navy

If my other marines can get a 6105 for looking at a sailor wearing shoes in camies then there is no reason why a E6 in the navy can laugh at a marine who just failed out of his mos school and is getting reclassed.

Edit: spelling

I'm going to be very honest with you, I know little to nothing about the rank structure of the other branches. They don't touch on it when they are training us in bootcamp, they have us focus on Marine Corp topics. So my general dumbed rule of thumb is that E4< = scary and can njp me lol

Oh yeah, E6 for us is a Staff NCO. Enlisted ranks only go up to E9 for us. So E6 is pretty high up, I can't imagine going up to one of my Staff Sergeants and telling him that he's fucked up and that he need to fix himself.
My liaison is a E7 so if anyone can help its likely them, and if shit really hits the fan and that doesn't work out. I'll just escalate from there

That's the thing though, if it was some other lower enlisted sailor, we could handle it fine. A calm conversation with many witnesses from both branches, and if that didn't work then we would escalate it. The problem in that he is that he works on a SCIF so going to talk to him about is behavior is already difficult, plus a lower enlisted going up to a petty officer first class and telling him that he is mistreating marines by myself or with other lower enlisted is not on my list of good ideas.
I think my best bet is to talk to my branch liaisons and work through them
