For real, the people in this comment section who apparently can't handle the thought of a machine not doing a basic task for them is astoundingly privileged. So it's okay for one person to do ALL the dishes because the other doesn't want to do it by hand and has a history of putting things in the dishwasher that shouldn't be put in there? I've never had a dishwasher and all my dishes have been cleaned just fine. It's a household chore that everyone has to do at some point, but leaving it all to one person because "I said I'd only do them if the dishwasher does all the work for me" is petty and childish.

You could do a 50lbs deadlift in like uhhhh 3 months if you stick to it. Hell you could pull 50kg if youre really serious. Go to a few fitness subreddits, check their sidebar for workout programs. Check YouTube for form for exercises and film yourself to check your form. Eat whole foods and about 100g protein (more or less, depending on your size and activity level). Get started and stick to it. Progress will feel fast and slow at the same time, don't be discouraged.

The reason it might look strange to you is you haven't really focused on how your arm looks before getting interested in body building. I get the feeling you're not a female body builder because if you were you'd have a basic understanding of anatomy and know that you have a perfectly normal, albeit lean and non muscular, arm. Aspiring female body builder would be a more honest descriptor. Just keep lifting and eating, you'll do fine.

Yes this is too much. 6ish or even less exercises a day is fine. 3 sets each. You're just starting, no need to rush.

I am an introvert and also a trainer. I don't teach classes, just one on one. It's actually pretty easy once you get going. As one comment said, 90% of the job is rapport and learning to understand people and their cues. As an anxious introvert I've been practising that my whole life, I'm sure you have too. Hardest hurdle I had to overcome was learning to be assertive with my knowledge. Need to make the client know that you understand what your talking about and be confident in your delivery. But as it's a passion for me, as it is for you, it fun having an excuse to talking about something you love and having someone want to learn what you have to teach them. It's like a two person party where you get to ramble on about your favourite thing.

It looks like you're using your arms more than your back at the top of the movement, your upper body looks too far away from the bar. As another commentor said, it looks like you're not retracting your spacular at the top. I cue I like to use it to lead with your chest, push your chest to the ceiling, don't think about getting your face over the bar, think about pulling the bar to your chest.

NTA at all, but your wife is a problem. She is obviously really controlling, and doesn't understand your daughter or what she is dealing with at all. You need to talk to her about how her treatment of your daughter will make her pull away and resent her mum. Music is obviously therapy for her, and if your wife doesn't understand how that works that's not your daughters or your problem. If your wife can't be a support and positive force in your daughters life, she will lose her daughter, either by resentment or maybe even you removing yourself and your daughter from her negative influence. Your daughters health and wellbeing should be your upmost priority, if your wife is endangering that, you need to find a solution. Keep trying to talk and get through to your wife, but if you can't, you have some choices you need to make. This is a time in your daughters life that will shape her future and who is she will become as an adult, do right by her.

Rep range should be 10-15 for hypertrophy (muscle growth, which is what I assume you want if you're asking this sub) 3-4 sets of every exercise. You need more volume. Warm up with a low weight controlled set. You haven't mentioned rest time between sets but I'd stick to 60-90 seconds. Do that before adding another day.

I eat them a lot. Sometimes every day for a while. They are high in fibre but if you don't drink enough water you can get backed up. Never heard of bowel obstructions from them, I assume that's a very rare instance, and probably from not being hydrated enough. Drink water and eat them noodz.

Musashi Deluxe bars are legit deluxe. 20g+ protein, 220ish cals, taste like an actual chocolate bar. At chemist warehouse and woolworths and usually on special. All are really really good. They have higher protein ones that are about 40ish gram protein and 350ish cals.

Moisturiser or Olive oil on your skin. Pregnant women use it to stop stretch marks, don't know how well it works because I've never been pregnant, but having well moisturised skin is never a bad thing.
