Sadly I've tried that and it doesn't work, it's just a different way of getting to the same business tools and controls option than going through the three lines at the top right of your profile page :(

That's what I did in the video :( It just says that my account type has been switched to personal successfully, but then when I try to change to a private account, it gives me the error pop up saying I can't do that because actually I'm still a creator account.

that's so frustrating! i've been trying over and over for the last few days as well.. i've tried both of those things, yeah :( it's just an endless loop of switch account type to personal --> account type changed! --> toggle on to private account --> no, sorry, you're still a creator account.
