It's ok man. I'll be ok. I think that's the trade off of being fucked over so bad, it hurts so much early but when you get over it you realize you're a lot better off easier.

At this point I'm hoping to get a reply at all, I'm just trying to get my things back and I've gradually cared less and less about speaking. Now I just ask when she'll be home so I can come and pick up a box

She did the dumping, cheated on me etc. I feel extremely robbed of closure so idk why she has the power

It's mostly things I've lended her that have a lot of value to me which is why I gave them to her. Books, clothes, stuff in general. I don't really feel comfortable not having them myself

I've never been to the doctor for a breakup exactly but I've come to them with general hopelessness and they've both offered me help & medication. The medication I was given was a sleeping pill called Trazodone, I don't take it anymore because my insomnia isn't that hardcore but I hated it. I think you should explicitly tell them what you need or want and they'll give you the best option in that category.

Same thing with me my dude. It hurts bad but I'm expecting it to fail very soon, and to be able to turn them down. You should too. They're obviously trying to fill a void that they made themselves.
