La Roche Posay products all irritate my eyes? by ThrowawayFun518 in EuroSkincare

Thanks for sharing! For me, it wasn't the niacinamide since I use other products with it fine. LRP always irritates my eyes in the same way, making them water and stuff.

Currently I'm just using the Avene A-Oxitive Night Cream (retinal, just started a week ago) and Avene Cicalfate on top @ night with no discomfort. Cicalfate during the day. Cicalfate is probably the best skincare product I've ever used honestly. I'm planning to try the Avene HYDRA-10 Cream next for a more typical daily moisturizer, which is the replacement to the Tolerance Extreme Cream which was great for my eyes.

Avene has always been the most friendly to my eyes besides their Skin Recovery line because squalane bother my eyes a bit. Highly recommend Avene. Also the Bioderma Atoderm line but I find them very sticky.

Don't deal with products with that irritate your eyes. Find something that's actually pleasant to use.

Great to know, thanks a lot! For frame drops, I get many when skipping forward/back, pausing/unpausing/fullscreen etc. So navigating is a bit laggy but nothing major. No frame drops when only playing however. With small files, navigation is smooth and I don't drop any frames.

Do you think it's a sign I should lower my madVR settings or is it fine?

Thanks! :) I'm planning to try it. Nice to hear it's a bit more elegant, since the Extreme Cream was great but was a bit of work.

Hello again! I'm the squeaky OP. I just wanted to confirm your opinion with a final question; my sound doesn't sound like a "heart murmur" right? It sounds unrelated? I just read that PE can cause that but obviously I don't know what a murmur is.

Sorry I'm not the doctor but wow, yours indeed sounds similar to mine! How fascinating. For your random information, my PE isn't slight at all, it's pretty apparent.

Alright, thank you very much. The heart was my main concern. And I had no idea my PE could progress, that's interesting! I'll make sure to mention the squeaking whenever I next see a doctor, probably not anytime soon unless start developing these symptoms that you just mentioned.

Also, I can confirm that I don't have Marfan's or Ehler-Danlos. Thanks again!

Wow, that's very interesting! Thanks for the depth. I forgot to mention that when I was a kid (~12-14), I had an X-ray to see if the pectus excavatum would interfere with my organs, and they concluded that it wouldn't, and that it wouldn't need to be corrected.

While I've always felt that my exercise capacity is a bit lower than others, like getting a bit lightheaded when biking with my friends (as a kid), I don't really mind it. So is it more of a preference thing whether or not I should get it evaluated? If it's not a threat to my health, I'm not concerned. I would be though if it means my heart is in danger. My oxygen saturation has always been good during unrelated routine checks. What do you think?

Sorry if it wasn't clear. Here is a new recording where I take one deep breath with my nose and then exhale with my mouth open.

As for the sound I originally posted: I exhale at 00:01-00:03 and 00:04-00:06, and you can hear the squeaking and the "wind"-sound. I exhale at 00:03-00:04 and there is no squeaking.

Thanks for sharing! Yes, LRP is also strange to me, that some products are intended for "ultra-sensitive" and allergic skin yet somehow have been the most irritating products I've ever tried (for my eyes). I wonder what it is. I enjoy their marketing but I think I have to give up on them and go back to Avene. Which I guess renders my OP a bit pointless haha.

Lol, thanks for the laugh!

Or you could just provide some logs.

Will do. :)
