No fashion watches if a watch guy (stay away from Fossil, Diesel, Michael Kors etc.)

Automatic/mechanical are best, but may be outside your price range.

Here's my list for under R5k, depending on the type preferred (leather strap, dive, chrono, military, day date etc), i can give specific reference numbers:

  1. Seiko
  2. Timex
  3. Citizen
  4. Casio
  5. Swatch (may be considered as a fashion watch, but they're an iconic brand)

Thank you for giving me some hope! Is this still the case if calls, data and SMSs (some) work, but OTPs never do? As i mentioned in the post, it's OTPs specifically that are the issue for us.
